About The Position

We are currently hiring a Dishwasher in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Responsible for ensuring both BOH and FOH areas are clean, safe, and fully supplied throughout a given shift. The Dishwasher should take great pride in delivering unparalleled experiences and value teamwork, integrity, and professional development. Possess excellent time management skills while being able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting adhering to all food and safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Previous service industry experience in a high-volume environment is a plus
Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes (pots, pans, and trays), and place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine as directed; ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation
Assist with all food preparation duties as needed
Polishing silver of kitchen machinery and ensuring ongoing cleanliness and sanitation
Must ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures
Must maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
Must keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
Sweep and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation
