Requirements
- 1 year experience in casual dining
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with a fast paced environment
- Cleanliness and organization is important to you
- Team player
- Excellent communication
- Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
- Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
- Requires use of motion that entails, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
Responsibilities
- Cleaning all dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils used throughout the shift by employees and guests.
- Maintain clean area by following sanitation and safety standards
- Set up the three compartment sink for all equipment that has to be hand washed
- Be knowledgeable of the chemicals used for each process.
- Sweep and mop when needed
