This role is essential to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen. The Dishwasher ensures all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized while supporting the team with basic cleaning and prep tasks.

Requirements

  • Prior experience required; training provided
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a wet, hot, and fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area
  • Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Keep workstations, floors, and storage areas clean and sanitary
  • Take out trash and recycling and keep disposal areas tidy
  • Assist with basic food prep (e.g., peeling, chopping) as needed
  • Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
