The Dishwasher is responsible for washing all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers. They will also place and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas, and stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils. Additional duties include cleaning trash receptacles, moving dishwashing supplies and equipment, assisting in food preparation, ensuring work areas remain safe and clean, cleaning various kitchen equipment, and ensuring hand soap and towel stations are replenished. Leadership may assign additional responsibilities.
