About The Position
Flower Child is looking for a Dishwasher to join the Flower Child Meridian team, opening this Fall. Flower Child is part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, founded in 1998, focusing on a menu of veggies, grains, fruits, and healthy proteins. The company is committed to happiness and great service, offering convenient, nutritious eating and a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Ability to work as a team.
- Dynamic personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Can stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- An eye for detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a restaurant is great.
Responsibilities
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine.
- Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware.
- Keep the dish machine clean and ensure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective.
- Report any problems with the dish machine immediately.
- Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
