About The Position

Public House is a historic property in the heart of Crested Butte, Colorado consisting of a modern Colorado saloon, boutique hotel, and iconic live music venue. A trusted meeting place in the heart of Crested Butte, Public House celebrates local food and drinks, welcoming accommodations, and the community of live music. Public House is a part of the Grassy Creek family, a private equity firm with offices in London, Amsterdam, Crested Butte, New York, and the Bay Area. For full time, year round employees in the US, Eleven and affiliates offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401k with company match, pro-deals, and potential for annual cost of living compensation increases. This part time, seasonal role starts at $18-$20/hour, depending on qualifications. The summer season runs June-October.

Requirements

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Hospitality industry experience, especially kitchen experience.
Current food handler’s card and other certifications as required by federal, state, or local law.

Responsibilities

Load and unload dishwashing machines properly.
Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans by hand when required.
Monitor the cleanliness of the dishwashing machine and change water as needed.
Ensure dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to company standards.
Properly dry and store clean dishes in designated areas.
