About The Position

Santikos is looking for Dishwashers to provide our guests with exceptional service through outstanding cleanliness at our Palladium location. This role is responsible for collecting used kitchenware, operating dishwashing machines, washing specific items by hand, storing clean dishes, setting up workstations, ensuring a constant supply of clean dishes, checking machine operations, removing garbage, and sanitizing the kitchen area.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Flexibility with scheduling – ability to work holidays, nights, and weekends
Be able to listen up and follow instructions and sanitation rules
Great can-do attitude and willingness to work
Awesome time management skills and attention to the small things
Ability to work in and collaborate with a team
Dependable with attendance – your team and our guests need you!

Nice To Haves

Some work experience as a dishwasher or waitstaff preferred
Hands on experience with industrial washing machines preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
Load and unload dishwashing machines.
Wash specific items by hand, such as cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china.
Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
Set up workstations before meal preparation begins.
Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours.
Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical or performance issues.
Remove garbage regularly.
Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
