About The Position

Cogir Senior Living is hiring a part-time weekend Dishwasher for their senior living community. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining a clean dining room environment, supporting servers and kitchen staff, and ensuring a positive dining experience for residents. Requirements

• No experience necessary – entry-level welcome.
• A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with seniors.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or dining environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, including floors and service stations.
• Clean dishes in a timely and restock service stations.
• Operate commercial dishwashing machines properly and safely.
• Support overall dining room operations and communicate resident needs to servers or supervisors.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide friendly and respectful service to all residents, guests, and staff.
