About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. The Dishwasher ensures all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, supporting smooth service operations and upholding health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and empty box bins and trash as needed
• Set up and clean the 3-compartment sink per sanitation standards
• Operate and maintain the dish machine, checking water levels and recording temperatures
• Wash and air-dry soiled items and equipment properly
• Sort, stack, and transport clean items to storage areas
• Sanitize tray line, belt, stainless steel surfaces, and garbage can lids
• Clean and re-rack floor mats; run filters through dish machine
• Shut down, drain, and rinse dish machine thoroughly
• Follow hygiene protocols when handling clean equipment
• Maintain cleanliness in dish room and kitchen areas
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
• Support kitchen staff as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
