About The Position

Responsibilities

Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Stocks kitchen inventory as needed
Helps achieves a ticket time goal of 6 minutes or less
Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation
Prepares food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables or preparing sauces)
Prepares recipes according to standard procedures
Stocks and prepares stations for service
Communicates product needs to back-of-house (BOH) and managers-on-duty (MODs)
Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation
