Requirements
- Must be willing and able to work standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to push through dishes and organize area as necessary to the business.
- Experience with MSDS knowledge and upholds active practice of cleanliness in the dish area while maintaining protocol for dish liquid use.
- Responsibly geared towards presenting a clean and welcome experience for guests through upholding sanitation requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with fast-paced dish pit environment preferred.

Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment, including utensils, pots, and pans ensuring they meet standards for safe food preparation
- Work with kitchen team to ensure dishes and equipment are stored properly
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces
- Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles while ensuring proper waste separation
- Maintain a sanitary and organized work environment
- Uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures
- Maintain cleaning schedules to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are completed
- Perform other tasks as deemed necessary
