About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and efficient Dishwasher to join our team at The Halston Restaurant. As a Dishwasher, you will be key to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Ensure that all items are cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area and kitchen. Regularly clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to support a sanitary work environment.
Properly dispose of kitchen waste and garbage, ensuring that trash and recycling bins are emptied regularly.
Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas. Assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Support kitchen staff and servers by promptly providing clean dishes and utensils during busy service periods. Assist with additional kitchen tasks as needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and food handling procedures. Adhere to restaurant policies to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
