About The Position

Victory Tap Sports Lounge No. 2 is coming to Dallas! Opening Fall 2026 Lombardi Family Concepts is bringing the Victory Tap experience to Dallas, and we’re building an all-star team from the ground up. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Dishwashers to join our opening kitchen team. Our dish team plays a critical role in keeping the kitchen moving, and we’re looking for people who take pride in cleanliness, organization, and being part of a great team.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience a plus
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen items

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine and properly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and equipment
• Maintain a constant supply of clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish areas clean, organized, and sanitary
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organization throughout service
• Remove trash and recycling according to restaurant procedures
• Maintain clean floors and surrounding work areas
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries when needed
• Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards
• Complete opening, closing, and deep-cleaning responsibilities
