The Hilton Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. The Hilton Milwaukee, connected to the newly expanded Baird Center, is the city's largest hotel and a historic gem that has recently undergone a $40 million renovation. Must be able to change activities quickly.

Nice To Haves

Prior hospitality, cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
Manage clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.
Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.
