About The Position
The Dishwasher assists the Executive Chef/Dietary Manager and Cook by washing dishes, utensils, pots, glassware, and other kitchen items. This role also performs a variety of kitchen cleaning activities and ensures proper sanitation and compliance with Health Department regulations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of dishwashing and cleaning techniques.
- Knowledge of food service equipment.
