About The Position
Midas Hospitality is seeking a Utility/Dishwasher to join our team at Holiday Inn & Suites in Durango, CO. This person will clean dishes in the kitchen while also performing any duties that will help maintain the kitchen in a clean and orderly environment. Responsibilities
- Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
- Washes pots, pans, and trays.
- May be needed to prep vegetables and other food.
- Loads or unloads trucks picking up or delivering supplies or food.
- Completion of all opening, running (during service time), and closing side work assigned each shift.
