Part -Time Dishwasher $18.00/hr
About The Position
A Dishwasher is responsible for separating washable items (trays, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, etc.), placing them on the dishwasher conveyor belt to be washed and retrieving them from the belt and stowing as required. The workforce needs to remain flexible in shifts and days off, as the schedule may fluctuate during peak seasons to meet production needs, requirements of the industry or to accommodate a shift bid in accordance with the Union contract. Dues and Initiation Fees are taken the first Thursday of the month, after the required probation period. Management reserves the right to modify, add, or remove duties and to assign other duties as necessary. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Candidates will be required to go through pre-employment drug screen, criminal check and/or airport fingerprinting.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
- Must have the ability to bend at the waist repeatedly during the work shift
- Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours

Responsibilities
- Separating washable items (trays, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, etc.)
- Placing items on the dishwasher conveyor belt to be washed
- Retrieving items from the belt and stowing as required
- Works assigned schedule which may include multiple shifts, weekends and holidays
- Works overtime when required
- Passes a criminal background check
- Passes a drug screen
- Handles knives and kitchen tools properly
- Completes paperwork
- Communicates with Supervisors and co-workers
- Follows directions
- Works as a member of a team
