This role is responsible for washing pots, pans, dishes, and utensils, as well as cleaning and maintaining floors. The Dishwasher will also assist with general cleaning and sanitation, maintain storage areas and equipment, and may be trained to prep food. Collaboration with the catering team for food delivery and event setup is expected, along with working effectively under time constraints and within a team environment. The position requires adherence to client managers' service values and ethics, and the ability to follow directions from chefs and managers. Supporting the chef and culinary team, as well as other dish room operators, is also part of the role.
