About The Position

Under general supervision, provides the restaurant and kitchen with clean and sanitary ware. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they’ve made the right choice to stay with us.

Requirements

  • High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
  • Stand and move for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Work in varying temperatures (kitchen, freezer).
  • Use kitchen equipment safely (knives, mixers, etc.).
  • Push/pull carts up to 250 lbs.
  • Perform cleaning tasks involving bending, squatting, and reaching.
  • Communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

  • Operate dish equipment including dish machines, sinks, and cleaning tools.
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, kitchen surfaces, and storage areas.
  • Receive and store deliveries; rotate stock properly.
  • Organize and store clean wares in correct locations.
  • Maintain trash and recycling areas; break down boxes and dispose of glass safely.
  • Assist servers with clearing tables or room‑service trays when needed.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Support team and guests with friendly, professional communication.
