About The Position
The steward/dishwasher is responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency within the Eldr+Rime Restaurant at the Renaissance Milwaukee West hotel.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in a restaurant, hotel, and/or dishwashing/stewarding position a plus.
Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, and return dishes and utensils to food operations areas throughout the hotel
- Maintain a clean and efficient workstation
- Expedite clean dishes and utensils to the cook line and other areas as needed
- Remove trash during and at the end of the shift
- Clean and store floor mats
