About The Position
Dishwashers are part of Chili's Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment; keeping the dish room and equipment clean and organized; and working quickly to keep up with the restaurant's pace. Dishwashers contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. The position offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere.
