Requirements
- Dependable and displays a strong work ethic

- Good communication skills
- Must be 18 years or older for operation of some machine operated kitchen equipment
Responsibilities
- Using machine operated dishwasher to wash all dishware, utensils, cooking equipment, and other tools used by team members
- Deploy three compartment sink if dishwashing equipment malfunctions
- Maintain appropriate chemical levels to operate equipment
- Move with a sense of urgency, follow team instruction to prioritize dishes to execute prep/service, and restock clean dishware in the kitchen
- Follow Health Department regulations. Practice applicable health, safety, and sanitation procedures, including properly storing, labeling, dating, and rotating all products
- Keep a clean and organized work station
