About The Position
The Dishwasher will work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment providing support to the kitchen staff. In addition to washing dishes and appliances, dishwashers will take on some janitorial duties such as emptying trash receptacles, cleaning floor, restocking items in order to support the kitchen as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time; bend, stretch and reach.
- High standards of integrity and reliability.
- Occasional travel may be required
Responsibilities
- Maintain clean kitchen.
- Property wash and sort dishes.
- Prep food as needed.
- Maintain clean floors throughout the shift.
- Maintain health and safety regulations in the dining room and kitchen.
- Perform closing activities such as cleaning kitchen, mopping, and preparing station for the morning shift.
