About The Position

The primary responsibility of a Dishwasher is to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by swiftly and effectively washing and restocking dishes, utensils, cookware, and other kitchen equipment. This position is crucial in upholding an operation’s high standards for food safety and hygiene, contributing to the overall success and smooth function of the restaurant.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or over.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience working in a team orientated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up dish station according to guidelines and standards.
  • Inspect and test sanitizer for proper temperature or chemical mix and properly set up dish machine.
  • Ensure all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage area.
  • Keep dish room clean and organized with plate ware decoy system always in place.
  • Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster and recycling bin.
  • Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management staff.
