Requirements

Is familiar with basic kitchen equipment, including commercial dishwashers and food service appliances

Nice To Haves

Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is helpful, but we're happy to train the right person.
Basic knife skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
Keep the kitchen, dish room, and work areas clean and organized
Remove trash and recycling after each meal
Clean and dry dishwashing equipment and floors at the end of each shift
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and ready to work
Work closely with kitchen staff to support daily dining operations
Assist with food preparation, stocking supplies, inventory, and deliveries as needed
