This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all silverware, plate-ware, glassware, equipment, and cookware within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and restaurant environment. The role also involves ensuring all work areas are kept clean, dry, and safe, and adhering to applicable Health Codes and company policies regarding the proper cleaning, maintenance, and storage of all utensils and dishware.
