The Winchester, Hancock, Donkey Taqueria, and All In Catering make up this dynamic restaurant group. Responsibilities

• Oversite of kitchen dish operations during their shift.
• Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Practicing good cleanliness and sanitary standards
• Assisting with cleaning and organizing of restaurant
• Stocking and product management including waste control
• Excelling in time management
• Following all food safety standards and procedures
