About The Position

Cleanliness is so important. Our DISHWASHERS are responsible for sorting and rinsing dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils. Your job will revolve around proper and efficient sanitation and ensuring cleanliness. Day to day tasks include but are not limited to sweeping & mopping floors, taking out trash and boxes, carrying clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas.

Requirements

18 years of age or older
Legally permitted to work in the United States (we participate in E-Verify)
Previous culinary experience with a strong passion for food and people (and good knife skills!)
Team player with a positive attitude and works with a sense of urgency
Ability to read and follow written recipes
Reliable transportation to and from work
Can work in both hot and cool environments
Self-accountable in upholding high standards
Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 8 hours daily, or as needed
Willingness to learn and develop

Properly set up, break down and clean your station
Wash dishes thoroughly for kitchen staff with a sense of urgency
