Requirements

Responsibilities
- Keep restaurant dishes, kitchen pots, pans and utensils clean
- Be proficient using the dishwashing equipment available in the kitchen
- Sweep kitchen floors and wipe down counters in cooking work area
- Wipe down cooking equipment used by chefs for food preparation
- Take out trash
- Return all cleaned dishes and utensils to their appropriate storage area
- Check cleanliness quality of washed dishes prior to storing
- Approach all interactions with residents, guests and co-workers in a positive and courteous manner
