About The Position

Nestled in the Rocky Mountains at 8,058 ft above sea level is the city of Black Hawk, Colorado. Known in the mid 1800’s for its ample supply of lode gold, this town once heavy with mines, is now home to Colorado’s premier gaming district. At the top of the city is Saratoga Casino- Black Hawk hosting 365 slot machines, a variety of favorite table games, dining and gift shop. Saratoga Casino Black Hawk is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Black Hawk with the best guest service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for a DISHWASHER. This position will report directly to the EXECUTIVE CHEF, and will be responsible for:

Requirements

Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently.
Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.

Nice To Haves

Highschool Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
Previous experience with dishwashing equipment, cleaning and sanitation preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs routine cleaning of dishes, glasses, flatware and other kitchen items.
Maintains standards of cleanliness and adheres to Department of Health regulations.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of all kitchen equipment.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of floors, mats and related kitchen areas.
Responsible for proper use of supplies and equipment based on predetermined levels.
Assists with other kitchen/utility personnel as needed.
Performs all other duties as assigned. (i.e., preps, cleans, organizes)
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
