About The Position

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for washing and unloading dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment. StoryPoint Farmington Hills is seeking a Part-Time Dishwasher to work from 4pm-7pm. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen operations, ensuring a positive dining experience for residents, family members, and guests.

Requirements

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment.
• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items, complying with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
