About The Position

At The Madison Concourse Hotel, our Dishwashers are part of the team behind every meal we serve, every banquet we host and every busy night in our kitchen. You'll work alongside our culinary and service teams to keep dishes, equipment and workspaces clean and ready for whatever comes next. This is a full-time position starting at $18/hour. You'll primarily work evening shifts, with availability to work weekends and holidays as needed. It's busy. It's hands-on. And sometimes it's messy. But you'll have a team around you, and you'll know that the work you're doing helps everyone else do their jobs well.

Responsibilities

• Operating the commercial dishwasher and washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans and other kitchen equipment
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, floors and work areas
• Organizing and stocking clean dishes and kitchen supplies
• Taking out garbage, breaking down boxes and removing debris
• Keeping the dish area and surrounding spaces clean and organized
• Following food safety, sanitation and safety procedures
• Communicating with your teammates and helping out where needed
