Requirements
- No prior experience required — on-the-job training provided
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and wet kitchen environment
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Basic understanding of kitchen sanitation and food safety is a plus
Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station and kitchen areas
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and properly
- Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies to the line and service areas
- Follow all health, safety, and food sanitation guidelines
