About The Position

The Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub in Whistler, BC is looking for a Dishwasher to join their dynamic team for the remainder of the Summer. The Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub is an iconic establishment in Whistler, operating since 1997 and located in the Pan Pacific Mountainside hotel. They aim to provide the best Irish pub experience outside of Ireland and are known for their skilled, friendly, and energetic hospitality professionals.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate with both BOH and FOH teams
• Ability to maintain organization of kitchen equipment, tools, and dishes
• Ability to organize composting and recycling
• Ability to ensure equipment is in working order and well maintained
• Ability to handle, restock, and store food products
• Ability to perform additional duties as requested

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness of dish area
• Communicating with both the BOH and FOH teams
• Maintaining the organization of kitchen equipment, tools, and dishes
• Organizing composting and recycling
• Ensuring that all equipment is in working order and well maintained
• Handling, restocking, and storing food products in accordance with company policy and standards
• Performing additional duties as requested by the Executive Chef or Sous Chefs
