About The Position

Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of dishwashing or kitchen experience, but willing to train.
• Be able to stand for 6-8 hours.
• Able to work independently and be productive.
• Must be a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Prior hotel dishwashing/stewarding experience a plus!
• Great attitude and teamwork spirit.
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans, and burnish silver
• Ensure supplies and equipment are always well stocked and organized for seamless service
• Perform essential cleaning tasks, including mopping and trash removal
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
• Share your expertise with new stewards to help strengthen team performance
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
