Requirements

Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain the dish room, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
Keep the cooks' line stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients
Monitor and refill chemicals, test stations, and sanitizer buckets every 4 hours
Communicate effectively with the manager in charge regarding kitchen needs and issues
Assist with food prep tasks when dishwashing duties are completed
Mop floors throughout the day to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
Perform deep cleaning projects as needed to uphold cleanliness standards
Help with putting away food and produce orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a professional personal appearance and adhere to uniform standards
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and demonstrate punctuality
Accept feedback constructively and implement improvements without taking it personally
