Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group (or JAM) is looking for a seasonal dishwasher to work at our warehouse cleaning our equipment 5-7 days per week during our busy season. JAM specializes in off-premise catering for weddings and special events and are known for high-quality hospitality in the Tri-State area. Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work independently (self-sufficient) while maintaining a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an orderly, organized workspace.
• Collect kitchen pots, pans, trays, and cooking utensils, deliver them to the dishwashing station.
• Wash all china, glassware and flatware returning from events.
• Ensure all chemicals and soaps are full.
• Verify all items are clean and sanitized prior to putting away.
• Assists in keeping the dish washing area clean.
• Polish silver and copper as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
