Requirements

  • Familiarity with food service regulations
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment and hand tools safely
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 40 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus
  • Food Handler’s Card
  • Brand specific training as applicable
  • Consistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality’s standards are critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen and dining room equipment, utensils, and work areas
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
  • Wash and restock pots, pans, and trays
  • Handle trash and recyclables by segregating, removing, and disposing in designated containers
  • Restock tools, supplies, and prep areas for the next shift
  • Assist cooks with basic food prep, labeling, and storage
  • Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and temperature logs
  • Keep walk-in coolers/freezers clean and organized
  • Bus tables and clear trays from common areas
  • Support banquet setups and teardown as needed
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional appearance standards
  • Other duties as assigned
