About The Position
Lakewood National Golf Club is seeking a part-time Tiki Bar Dishwasher. This role is ideal for a driven individual eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Requirements
- No prior experience required but will train.
- Regular and Reliable attendance.
- Must work holidays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and nights.
Nice To Haves
- ServSafe certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
- Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage, walk-in cooler, freezers, sweeping & mopping.
- Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage and recycling.
- Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, floors, tables, equipment and exhaust system.
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
- Performs other duties as required.
