About The Position

Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of all China, silverware, utensils, cookware and equipment.

Requirements

• Cannot be convicted of a felony.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of Front and/or Back of the house experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for opening and closing duties according to Jack Stack standards.
• Accountable for using the correct type and amount of cleaning chemicals for designated items.
• Accountable for cleaning designated equipment, sinks, refrigerators/freezers, service areas, walls, floors, and garbage areas, as assigned, following established procedures.
• Handles all wares carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Accountable for Guest Satisfaction and Overall Experience.
• Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed and necessary.
