About The Position
This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in specified areas of the casino floor. The company will not communicate via text message or ask for personal information over the phone, via email, or via text for job interviews.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, push, pull, grasp, squat, reach above and below shoulder level.
Responsibilities
- Operates a dish machine to wash dishes, glasses, cups, trays, silverware and food service equipment
- Sets up and cleans dish machine area; checks temperatures and soap dispensing levels
- Stores clean equipment and utensils
- Assists in maintaining preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition
- Empties garbage to dump site
- Sweeps and mops floors
- Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Shift Manager.
