About The Position
Dishwashers and kitchen prep are responsible for ensuring all utensils, cooking equipment, and dining room place settings remain clean.
Requirements
- Communicate well in a team environment.
- Ability to stand at least 4 hours per shift and lift 50lbs.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Highschool Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Ensure dishwashing room is clean at the start and end of each shift.
- Clean all dishes in a timely manner.
- Help prepare sauces and ingredients for cooking.
- Make sure the right amount of soap is programmed to run through the dishwasher.
- Return cookware to its proper place of storage.
- Empty trash cans throughout the kitchen.
