Requirements
- Valid food handler card (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to keeping things clean and safe
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hospitality environment
Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing equipment and hand-wash items as needed to maintain top-notch sanitation standards.
- Keep dish area, floors, and trash areas clean and safe; store dishes and utensils in the proper locations.
- Assist with deliveries, basic food prep, meal setup, and other kitchen tasks to keep things moving.
- Handle cleaning chemicals properly, follow sanitation and health regulations, and report any equipment or safety issues.
- Jump in to support other kitchen operations as needed.
