Responsibilities

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, pots and pans, utensils, etc. via both machine-assisted and manual washing methods.
Ensuring that all relevant machines are in proper working order and that the operation is stocked with necessary chemicals.
Ensuring that glassware, tableware, plates, etc. are stocked appropriately for colleagues’ use.
Assisting in cleaning kitchen areas.
Be timely and dependable.
Ensure that cleanliness and sanitation standards are met for glassware, tableware, smallwares, utensils, etc.
Maintain a scrupulously clean, appropriately-stocked, mechanically well-maintained workspace.
Support BOH staff in their duties.
Assist in preserving a safe and secure work environment.
Follow all safety requirements and training with the dish machine.
Consistently meet all best practice standards set in employee handbook and during training.
