About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated, organized dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced culinary environment. The dishwasher’s duties include removing soiled plates and flatware from tables, washing them thoroughly. They may also restock items, unload delivery trucks, help prepare cook stations, clean appliances, and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, and do other duties, as needed.

Responsibilities

Remove soiled plates and flatware from tables and wash them thoroughly.
Restock items.
Unload delivery trucks.
Help prepare cook stations.
Clean appliances and machines.
Empty and clean trash receptacles.
Safely operate a commercial dish machine.
Manage the safe use of chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing.
Re-stock and move effortlessly between active cook lines.
Ensure cleaning and organizing duties are completed accurately and on time.
Meet minimum food prep requirements.
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety.
Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations.
