About The Position

Right in Charleston, Pearlz Oyster Bar is a beloved raw bar and seafood hotspot serving fresh catches, handcrafted cocktails, and Southern hospitality with a twist. As a part of the Homegrown Hospitality Group—with 15+ restaurants across South Carolina—Pearlz is all about quality, consistency, and genuine service. We’re searching for a dependable, detail-focused Dishwasher who takes pride in keeping things clean and moving. You’ll be the backbone of our kitchen—supporting the team, keeping tools sanitized, and making sure we’re prepped for every service.

Requirements

• 18+ and ready to work hard
• Able to move quickly and keep pace during busy shifts
• Comfortable with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Reliable, on-time, and great at communicating with your crew

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus

Responsibilities

• Keep dishes, kitchen tools, and equipment sparkling and ready
• Maintain clean back-of-house areas, storage rooms, and trash stations
• Safely handle and store cleaning agents, utensils, and chemicals
• Operate the dish machine and 3-bay sink with care and accuracy
• Help with closing duties and jump in to support cooks when needed
• Follow all sanitation and food safety standards
• Be a reliable, upbeat team player every shift
