About The Position

The Dishwasher position at Lavender Rooftop Kitchen + Bar is responsible for operating dish machines, maintaining cleanliness of dish and storage areas, and ensuring all necessary items are restocked. This role requires professionalism, a friendly and helpful attitude, and the ability to handle high heat and moisture. Previous experience is preferred but not required. The position is with North Point Hospitality, a company founded in 1978 that builds and manages high-quality hotels, primarily in the Southeast, in partnership with major brands like Hilton and Marriott.

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitize in the dish machine.
• Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Remove all garbage.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift.
• Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized.
