About The Position
The Dishwasher works quickly and takes pride in creating a clean environment for our guests. You are accountable for cleaning plates, cooking equipment, utensils, and any other items associated with the restaurant. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Must display exceptional customer service
- Punctual and reliable attendance is required
- Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards
- Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist bussers in setting up trash cans for dining areas and kitchen areas
- Stock and restock all clean plates and utensils
- Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors as needed
- Clean bathrooms
- Retrieve clean trash cans and place throughout kitchen with trash bags in them
- Clean all kitchen floor mats and trash cans outside in the proper washing down area
- Clean all pots, pans, plates, utensils and machines used during the shift and store in proper place
- Clean dish room to company standards, and maintain all supplies needed to operate effectively per shift
- Perform any duties specified by the management team
- Always follow company safety policies and guidelines
- Assist prep cooks and bussers as needed by emptying all bus tubs and washing bus tubs
