The Role: Washes dishes, utensils and cookware. Responsibilities: Must be able to operate industrial dishwashing machine Ability to keep up with fast paced high volume kitchen and restaurant Ensure that all eating/cooking utensils are cleaned, maintained and stored properly Able to lift up to 40 lbs Maintain an overall cleanliness in dish and kitchen area Must be able to comply with sanitation, safety and health codes Must be able to work flexible schedule to include nights, weekends holidays Qualifications: Working environment is fast-paced Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet Must be able to lift and/or move up to 150 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
