About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to join our team at Hudson Grande. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen environment, ensuring smooth operations and a great appearance. The ideal candidate will be helpful, handy, and flexible, ready to assist coworkers with various tasks including running the dish machine, food preparation, bussing tables, and running food. We are looking for individuals who are at least sixteen years of age, can communicate effectively in English, possess a positive and energetic attitude, and are comfortable with physical demands such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Criminal clearance is required.
Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and looks great by maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Run the dish machine.
- Assist with food preparation.
- Bus tables and run food.
- Be flexible and at the service of coworkers.
